Decades pass by and we're still breathing. Minds grow apart throughout the seasons. Somewhere I know your heart is beating. Misplaced hate from ancient feelings. Death, so close by, ends all life, leaves you nothing. Still, you decide to destroy life and refuse family. Hate for decoys gets you nothing. One day you'll find an empty funeral too late to know you could've been better. I remember love pouring from your lips for the world and for the life ahead. Full of hope you believed and made your way through, but now that hope is gone.

Quite possibly the most full-on album I've ever listened to. Intense, and then some. 'Digital Tarpit' could describe both the track and the whole album: high-pitched guitar squeals that make your fillings itch coupled with merciless, suffocating heaviness. The Avenell-esque vocals top it off perfectly. Brilliant - punishing, but brilliant. jim_fuego
